Dr Rose Cantali is the co-founder and director of PSYCHmatters Assessment and Therapy clinics (Bondi Junction, Concord & Central Coast). Since 2003, Dr Cantali works with individuals across the lifespan engaging closely with family members and other professionals in changing their behaviours and mindset which are impacting negatively on their functioning. 
 
Dr Cantali’s professional training, her wealth of experience, ongoing research projects, contribution to government youth related policies and her collaborative approach to practice complements her therapies in promoting healthy mental health. 

Dr Rose Cantali is now focusing her work on further developing and implementing specific programs for changing behaviours and mindset n children, adolescents and adults. Her research in educational and developmental psychology and connectedness in young people is recognised by media, government bodies, parent organisations, professional national and international institutions, universities and professional colleagues. In 2017, she was awarded the prestigious title of Fellow by the Australian Psychological Society for her contribution to the profession of psychology.

Dr Cantali’s current and prior appointment to various Boards over the years demonstrates her professional reputation. Dr Cantali involvement in key professional Boards include: Board Director of, SPELD NSW, Australia Parent Council, President of NSW Parent Council, Chair Sydney Branch of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Board Director Australia Council of the Arts – Cultural Community Board, Board Member NSW of Studies. 
 
Dr Cantali is co-author and collaborative researcher of the Screen Smart program, a treatment program for high screen use in young people. The program is evidenced based and launched at NSW Parliament House in August 2024.
 
Dr Cantali is co-author and collaborative researcher of the Reboot: Mindset and Performance  program –  which aims to enhance performance and changes  mindset in children, adolescents and adults. The program aims to improve functioning in behaviour, academic, work performance and sport performance.
